Drinking and Snacking!!!
And since its Thirsty Thursday I want to share a secret with you.... Beer, alcohol and wine have a lot of calories in them. Soooo here's how to beat the system:
- Stay away from mixed drinks!! They are full of sugar and syrups and usually more than one alcohol
- If you are going to have a mixed drink go for an alcohol mixed with a diet soda or club soda or tonic water
- The term beer belly is REAL.
- If you must indulge... Go with a light beer.
- Wine has the least amount of calories as compared to Liquor and Beer :-)
- To save on calories... make a spritzer!
- Half wine and half club soda/seltzer/diet sprite or 7-Up
- You can have two drinks and it have the same amount of calories as one!!
